Job summary

Randstad Digital in Bengaluru, India seeks a skilled Flexera One Administrator to manage and optimize our Flexera One platform, ensuring effective use of software and cloud assets while maintaining license compliance.

You will handle daily administration, integration with IT systems such as ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, AWS and Azure, and develop automation scripts in PowerShell/Python to improve asset tracking, reporting and ITSM workflows.

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Flexera One Administrator to manage and optimize our Flexera One platform. As the Flexera One Administrator, you will be crucial in ensuring the effective utilization of our software and cloud assets, maintaining license compliance, and optimizing IT spending.

You will be responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the Flexera One environment. This role requires a deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles, software licensing, cloud technologies, and the Flexera One platform itself. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT, Procurement, Finance, and business units, to align Flexera One with organizational needs and objectives.

Integrate Flexera One with ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, AWS, Azure, and other IT systems.

Develop automation scripts using APIs and PowerShell/Python to improve asset tracking and reporting.

Streamline ITSM workflows related to software requests, license provisioning, and asset lifecycle.
