Job summary

Unison Group in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Lead for Oracle Banking implementation to guide offshore teams and ensure timely delivery across workstreams. You will design interfaces, drive CASA Foundation work, manage migrations, and support SIT/UAT and Go-Live while coordinating with onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore technical team for Oracle Banking implementation, ensuring timely delivery and cross-workstream coordination.
• Design and document interface specifications for FLEXCUBE, OBPM, and Oracle Banking Party integrations; define data flow and technical details.
• Lead CASA Foundation (SEIBI) implementation with coordination across relevant teams.
• Manage installation and technical implementation support for FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking products; ensure setup is completed.
• Lead migration design, build, and testing; define approach, coordinate testing, and resolve migration issues.
• Support non-functional activities addressing environment, performance, and readiness.
• Provide technical support during SIT and UAT; analyze and resolve issues, coordinate testing.
• Lead Go-Live technical activities: readiness, deployment support, issue resolution, and offshore/onshore coordination.

Job description

• Lead and manage the offshore technical team responsible for Oracle Banking implementation activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination across different workstreams
• Design and document interface specifications for integrations involving FLEXCUBE, OBPM, and Oracle Banking Party, covering both upstream and downstream systems. Define interface requirements, data flow, integration details, and technical specifications
• Lead the implementation of CASA Foundation (SEIBI), including technical implementation activities and coordination with relevant teams
• Manage product installation and technical implementation support for FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking products. Ensure the required product setup and technical activities are completed as part of the implementation
• Lead migration design, build, and testing activities, including defining the migration approach, supporting migration development, coordinating testing, and resolving migration-related technical issues
• Support non-functional activities related to the implementation, working with relevant technical teams to address environment, performance, technical readiness, and other non-functional requirements
• Provide technical support during SIT and UAT, including analysis and resolution of technical issues, coordination with testing teams, and ensuring smooth progress of testing activities
• Lead technical activities during Go-Live, including implementation readiness, deployment support, issue resolution, and coordination with offshore/onshore teams to ensure a smooth Go-Live
