Job summary

DALMIA BHARAT Ltd in India seeks a Graduate mechanical technician to support the operation and maintenance of crushers, stacks, reclaimers, kilns, mills, and water systems. You will work in day shifts on site, ensuring adherence to safety and 5S standards.

You will develop and maintain PM checklists and equipment history sheets, support vibration monitoring, and participate in team-based tasks while following IMS audits and emergency readiness protocols.

Job description

Knowledge on working of all Mechanical equipments like Crusher, Stacker, Reclaimer, Kiln-Cooler, Ball Mill, Roller press, Water system, Workshop etc.

• Knowledge of IMS Audits & Requirements, Emergency Preparedness, Risk Assessment.
• Ensure safety of Human, Tools, Tackles & Equipments in their respective work areas.
• Developing Documentation on Drawings, PM Check Lists, Equipment History Sheets.
• Upkeep of concern area as per 5"S" standard.
• Knowledge of applicable Safety standards & able to implement the same in day to day work.
• Knowledge of vibration monitoring and analysis.
• Open to work in team.
