• Conduct monthly activities and achieve targets.
• Execute strategies to promote products as guided by the Area Sales Manager.
• Report deviations from plans and help rectify them.
• Address customer complaints within defined TATs to improve satisfaction.
• Conduct market research studies and analyze findings.
• Support distributors for focus product liquidation through demand creation.
• Monitor and train DDs by regular field engagement.
• Demonstrate focus products and collect testimonials from customers and team.

• Conduct & Achieve monthly Activities as per Target
• Execute marketing strategies to promote products and services as guidedbytheAreaSales Manager
• Report monthly deviations from the plans and assist the Area SalesManager toformulatethestrategiesforrectifyingthe deviations.
• Worktowardscustomersatisfactionthroughtimelyresolutionofcustomercomplaintswithindefined TATs

• Support Kohinoor Distributorsfor Focus Product Liquidation through Demand creation
• Monitor & Training to DDsby working with them regularly.
