Job summary

Prism Johnson seeks a mining professional to oversee all mining activities at our Satna operations, ensuring safe production, development and strict statutory reporting. You will handle blasting duties and maintain compliance with DGMS, IBM, MPPCB and state authorities.

Ideal candidates hold a First Class Mines Manager Certificate (MMR) with 4–14 years of experience and a BE/B.Tech/ Diploma in Mining. The role emphasizes safe, efficient operations and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading mining operations including production, safety, development and statutory reporting.
• Blasting experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance with DGMS, IBM, MPPCB and government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all mining activities (production, safety, development, statutory).
• Manage blasting operations.
• Ensure statutory compliance (notices, replies, monthly/quarterly/annual returns).
• Maintain haulage roads and dust suppression.
• Improve availability and utilization of HEMM.

Role & responsibilities
