Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Fire Safety Supervisor to ensure the ongoing safety of building operations, manage pumps, ventilation and emergency procedures, and coordinate with security and facilities teams.

The role focuses on fire pump room checks, smoke ventilation, evacuation drills, PPE compliance, and incident reporting, with a commitment to safety standards and client service.

Qualifications

• Check diesel pump engine oil condition/level
• Inspect PPE at the site and ensure correct usage
• Organise and supervise evacuation drills and safety trainings
• Ensure all safety equipment is serviceable and compliant with standards

Responsibilities

• Fire Pump Room: Ensure pumps are in working condition, auto mode, check pressure gauges, diesel tank level, battery condition, and valve status.
• Smoke Ventilation System: Verify auto mode for fresh air and exhaust fans, and ensure pressurization systems operate correctly.
• Common Responsibilities: Conduct evacuation drills, manage emergency response plans, monitor parking safety, and coordinate with guards and safety teams.
• Inspect hot work areas and ensure PPE compliance and safety standards across the site.
