Job summary

Somaiya Vidyavihar in Mumbai invites applications for a Fire/Safety Officer to monitor fire safety systems and ensure all equipment remains in proper working condition. You will conduct regular inspections of extinguishers, hose reels, and hydrant systems, respond to alarms, assist in evacuations, and support safety trainings.

The ideal candidate has 12th pass, a 1-year Diploma in Fire & Safety (preferred), basic computer knowledge, and strong communication and coordination skills to work

Responsibilities

• Monitor fire safety systems and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.

• Support in conducting fire drills and safety training sessions.
• Maintain daily logs and basic documentation related to fire safety.
