Position: Front Line Officer- Fire

Education: BSC or DIploma (Fire & Safety)

Experience: Min 8 years

Location: Rehla, Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities
  • Firefighting Services & Emergency Readiness
    • Ensure availability, maintenance, and periodic inspection of all firefighting equipment and systems.
    • Lead and manage firefighting operations during emergencies, ensuring minimum response time and effective control.
    • Ensure timely refilling, replacement, and proper placement of portable fire extinguishers across all departments.
    • Plan and conduct regular fire drills and mock drills to assess emergency preparedness.
    • Ensure readiness and operational efficiency of fire and security teams at all times.
    • Implement and monitor Disaster Management Plan (DMP) across the facility.
    • Train security personnel and employees on firefighting techniques and emergency response procedures.
  • Training, Liaison & Awareness
    • Organize and conduct regular training programs on fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
    • Develop competency of fire and security teams through structured training initiatives.
    • Liaise with external agencies such as fire departments, police authorities, and transport authorities for compliance and emergency support.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities to ensure effective coordination during emergencies.
    • Conduct awareness sessions and knowledge-sharing programs to promote a safety culture across the organization.
    • Support business continuity planning through effective risk mitigation and emergency preparedness strategies.
