Job summary

Phoenix Fire Services And Equipments Industries is seeking a skilled Fire Design & Estimation Engineer to design fire protection systems and prepare BOQs and cost estimates. The role involves ensuring compliance with NBC, NFPA, TAC and local fire norms, and supporting project execution from design through site surveys.

The ideal candidate will perform hydraulic calculations, prepare technical submittals, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure accurate tender requirements

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire fighting and fire alarm systems per NBC, NFPA, TAC.
• Experience with design and layout drawings for fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and layout drawings for Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Hydrant Systems, Pump Room Layouts.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and system sizing.
• Prepare BOQ and cost estimations.
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Prepare technical submittals and compliance documents.
• Ensure designs comply with NBC, NFPA, TAC, and local fire norms.
• Support procurement and execution teams during project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits when required for survey and technical discussions.
