Sure Safety is seeking a Fire Protection Design engineer in Vadodara to design hydrant, sprinkler, alarm and suppression systems. You will prepare layouts, hydraulic calculations and schematics, ensuring NFPA/IS/TAC/NBC compliance and coordinating with fire authorities.

Responsibilities include selecting pumps and control panels, preparing BOQs and tender docs, and supporting site execution from the Vadodara office. 4 years of relevant experience is preferred, with strong coordination skills.

Formación

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Fire & Safety Engineering is required.
• 4 years of relevant experience in fire protection system design.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, hydraulic calculations and fire protection layouts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and fire authorities for Fire NOC and TAC approvals.
• Provide technical support to site execution teams and resolve design queries.
• Assist in site surveys, testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality and Execution departments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Practical knowledge of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm and suppression systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, hydraulic calculations and fire protection layouts.
• Understanding of fire pumps, valves, detectors and control panels.
• Knowledge of applicable NFPA, IS, TAC and NBC standards.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, tendering and fire authority coordination will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Willing to work from the Chhani office, Vadodara.
