FircoSoft invites a Java Developer to join the FinCrime team to drive development and maintenance of banking software solutions. The role blends strong Java skills with domain knowledge to tackle complex problems and support transformation initiatives.

The candidate will work on Firco Continuity or Firco Trust products, develop Unix shell scripts, and write efficient PL/SQL queries while collaborating across teams to optimize performance and deliver value.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Fircosoft modules within the FinCrime team.
• Work on Firco continuity or Firco trust products.
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts and SQL queries (PL/SQL).
• Contribute to architecture and design artefacts and optimize performance.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps activities.
• Collaborate with QA and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Fircosoft + Java Developer – Job Description

We are seeking a FircoSoft Developer to join our FinCrime team. Candidate to play a vital role in development and maintenance of our software applications while actively contributing to our transformation initiatives. This role provides an exciting opportunity to combine their technical skills with their banking/AML domain understanding to tackle challenging technical problems and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Analysis, Design, Development of Fircosoft projects.
• JAVA Development and experience in using JAVA tools
• Experience on Fircosoft products – Firco continuity or firco trust.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Unix shell scripts
• Well versed in Writing SQL queries. PL/SQL programming experience of writing views, procedure, triggers, cursors.
• Good knowledge of Design framework and ability to build/suggest in architecture and design artefacts.
• Work to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system resources.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline and other Devops tools used in project lifecycle.
• Good Understanding of Agile and scrum
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and work along the project lifecycle.
