JS is an IT consulting firm specialized in the Anti Financial Crime transformation. We act as technical and business partner to our clients, translating business needs into tailor‑made technical solutions that secure, boost or smoothen their transformation or day‑to‑day activities.
We partner with clients to support resource ramp‑up, provide functional or technical expertise, and execute end‑to‑end projects such as installation and integration of new solutions, upgrade projects, migrations, or large‑scale evolution of existing systems.
You will be personally involved in strategic projects for leading European financial institutions, gaining exposure to industry best practices. You will work in a young, rapidly growing environment, have a leading role, and improve your competencies through internal training courses and funded Academy programs covering both business and technical skills.
We are looking for an experienced Fircosoft Consultant to join our team in a fully remote capacity supporting operations for our Mumbai entity. The role involves installing and configuring FircoSoft products and working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Proven hands‑on experience with FircoSoft solutions, ideally including Firco Screening BOX and the latest Firco modules.
- Strong understanding of Firco architecture, components, and deployment patterns across complex financial environments.
- Experience with Firco Continuity and Firco Trust, including rule set customization and tuning.
- Installing and configuring FircoSoft products, including modifications to existing application infrastructure.
- Integration of AI‑based modules and hit‑resolution components.
- Development and maintenance of rule sets (e.g., Auto Hit Qualifier, Workflow Accelerator) to improve alert quality.
- Updating module names, workflows, and dependencies introduced by Screening BOX.
- Solid knowledge of Firco ADAPTER and related orchestration layers.
- Integration of FircoSoft with upstream/downstream systems (transaction systems, case management, messaging layers).
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise messaging systems (e.g., IBM MQ) for FircoSoft integration.
- Managing multi‑environment Firco setups (DEV, UAT, PROD).
- Understanding of network, security, and infrastructure requirements for Firco deployments.
- Assessment of impacts on existing screening processes and proposal of adaptation strategies.
- Strong diagnostic skills for Firco logs, workflows, error patterns, and performance tuning.
- Support teams in addressing configuration issues, false positives, load/performance problems, and environment inconsistencies.
- Exposure to AML/Compliance screening processes.
- Experience with large financial institutions or system integrators on FircoSoft rollouts.
- Mandatory: English, fluent written and spoken.
- Optional: other European language.
