Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Risk Product Specialist – FircoSoft to join the Financial Crime & Compliance team. The role requires hands-on FircoSoft development, implementation, configuration, and support, with strong Banking and AML domain knowledge.

The role will support enterprise Financial Crime Compliance initiatives and contribute to development, maintenance, transformation, and optimization of FircoSoft solutions.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc IT or equivalent is required.
• 5–15 years of overall experience in banking/financial crime is preferred.
• Hands-on FircoSoft development, implementation and support experience.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL and Unix scripting skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain FircoSoft solutions.
• Configure and support Firco Continuity and Firco Trust implementations.
• Deploy and manage Firco utilities including FFM, FML, and DR.
• Develop and maintain FML and DR rules.
• Build SQL and PL/SQL components for AML and Compliance apps.
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts.
• Troubleshoot production and performance issues.
• Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with Business, QA, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Product Specialist – FircoSoft to join our Financial Crime & Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FircoSoft development, implementation, configuration, and support, along with strong Banking and AML domain knowledge.

The role will support enterprise Financial Crime Compliance initiatives and contribute to development, maintenance, transformation, and optimization of FircoSoft solutions.

Key Requirements

Experience in Analysis, Design, Development, and Support of FircoSoft projects.

Hands-on experience with:

• Firco Trust

Experience in deploying Firco utilities such as:

• FFM
• FML
• DR

Experience in developing and maintaining:

• FML Rules
• DR Rules

Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience including:

• Views
• Procedures
• Triggers
• Cursors

Experience developing and maintaining Unix Shell Scripts.

Good understanding of application architecture, design frameworks, and design artefacts.

Experience troubleshooting application and performance-related issues.

Knowledge of:

• DevOps Tools
• Agile Methodology

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
