Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Power BI, SQL, Excel and automation.
• Experience with AI-assisted cost analytics is a plus.

Job Description

• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT, Cloud Operations, Finance Operations, with strong expertise in FinOps and cloud cost management.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP billing models, pricing structures, commitment plans, and cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Strong financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, chargeback/showback, and business analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and cloud cost management tools for automation, reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards.
• Expertise in FinOps commitment programs such as Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, Enterprise Discount Programs, Spot Instances, Sustained Use Discounts, and Committed Use Discounts.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, handle escalations, collaborate across global teams, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience leveraging AI and agentic AI solutions for cost anomaly detection, forecasting, workflow automation, and data-driven cloud financial insights.
