Role Description

The Financial Services Consultant will support customers in understanding and selecting life insurance and financial solutions that align with their long‑term goals. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, explaining product features and benefits, assisting in policy customization, and guiding customers through application and documentation processes. The consultant will also monitor market and product developments, prepare basic financial illustrations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This is a part‑time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with work performed both on‑site and remotely as business needs require.
