Looking for Immediate Joiners for Financial Services in 4 Yrs In to Team Lead

Ctc Will be 15 LPA

Its 6 month Contract bass with Capgamini

Minimum 7 to 9 Year s Experience after qualification:

• Experience in RTR domain with hands-on in Accounting, Auditing, Reconciliations and Finalization.
• Excellent working knowledge of accounting principles and their implementation.
• Should have understanding & execution capability of multiple tasks during close days.
• Support & co-ordinate the requests from internal / external audits, assurance, compliance & governance.
• Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliations (BS Recons), account substantiation, variance analysis, action plan preparation, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure timely closure of identified issues.
• Experience in Financial Statement (FS) preparation and finalization, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge in preparing and reviewing local statutory reports in compliance with country-specific regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies, including preparation and maintenance of Operations Fee (Ops Fee) templates, supporting intercompany transactions and compliance requirements.
• Ability to ensure the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service daily to the client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements CSL and KPI.
• Collaborative team player with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collective success.
• Experienced in leading teams of 5+ members, conducting performance appraisals, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and governance standards.
• Understand client's business and ensure that processes are aligned per clients business needs & audit requirements for monthly, quarterly & annual closes.
• Should be pro-active in communicating issues & follow up required inputs from the business.
• Act as point of contact for any issues involving month end, quarter end and year-end activities & ad hoc requests.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives & automation opportunities.
• Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana, MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) is must.

Skills required:

• Sound knowledge of IND AS, IFRS, direct and indirect taxation, and the Companies Act, with the ability to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Team player with Knowledge in accounting and auditing principles and practices, including US GAAP, IND AS/IFRS/country specific AS and practices.
• Proven leadership capability with experience in team handling, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands on experience in various accounting, reconciliation, reporting & auditing functions.
• Strong analytical, interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams, management, and customers to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with presentation skills.
• Flexible to work in extended shift hours per business requirement.
• Experience with a Big Four audit firm is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to interact/lead teams, drive process improvements, and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
