Job summary

Floraison India Strategic Consulting Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Lead - Finance & Accounts to manage end-to-end finance and accounting for a portfolio of domestic and global clients. You will oversee bookkeeping, GST compliance, payroll, audits and MIS reporting from our office in Jayanagar.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and taxation, and hands-on use of Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho Books with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance & accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST and Income Tax.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho Books.
• Experience with payroll software such as GreytHR/KEKA.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
