Job summary

Intellipaat Software Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Chartered Accountant to manage accounts finalisation, statutory compliances, audits, and financial reporting. You will handle bank and tax filings, reconcile vendor payments, and prepare MIS and management summaries.

The role requires CA qualification, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong Tally skills. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure precise financial operations and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance apart from articleship.
• Experience in financial reporting and working with multiple legal entities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
• Deadline orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Finalisation and preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L statements.
• Handle all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and ensure timely payments.
• Manage Internal and External Audits and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee Bank and Statutory Audit assignments, Direct & Indirect Tax filings, and related documentation.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation, vendor payments, and vendor account management.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational financial reports and other management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting norms.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth financial operations.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all financial processes.
