Job summary

AMPIN Energy Transition Private Limited seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The role involves assisting in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and audit schedules, while supporting Ind AS/IFRS compliance and data management.

You will coordinate with internal teams and auditors, assist in tax data provision, and contribute to process improvements as the company grows in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting fundamentals (Journal entries, TB, GL, P&L Balance Sheet).
• Familiarity with Ind AS/IFRS concepts (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Good communication skills for coordination with auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the applicable accounting standards
• Assist in the preparation of schedules supporting the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting accuracy.
• Coordination with auditors for queries, preparation of audit schedules and query resolution.
• Preparation and passing of audit accounting entries
• Assist in providing the requisite data to tax team for filing of income tax return.

About the role

To contribute to the finance team by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant

financial reporting. The role involves assisting in the preparation of financial

AS/IFRS standards. The objective is to strengthen reporting accuracy, streamline

data management, and provide reliable information for decisionmaking, thereby

enhancing transparency and supporting organizational growth.
