Job summary

The role requires CA/CMA, 5+ years of experience, and hands-on SAP FICO, S/4HANA and COPA. Excellent English communication and MS Office skills are essential to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with budgeting, forecasting and month-end closing.
• CA/CMA degree required with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on SAP FICO, S/4HANA and COPA experience; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performs analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes improvements.
• Prepares financial modelling and leads benefit calculations for projects.
• Supports financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the New Gen program.
• Gathers data, prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to management.

Works with program director, functions and project manager to understand and analyse the drivers of financial performance of the NewGen program and identify trends.• Prepares financial modelling for various hypotheses and the overall impact to the NewGen program. Takes the lead in the benefit calculation of the projects or delivered solutions.• Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the New Gen program. Validates the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports through reconciliations and review of exceptions.• Provides information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.• Conducts detailed cost analysis and identifies trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement for the assigned function. Identifies process inefficiencies and proposes improvements to enhance the accuracy of financial analysis and reporting.• Optimizes their performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.• Ensures processes and controls within area of responsibility, are designed, and implemented in line with internal policies and regulations. Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for internal/external audits and reviews.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)5+ Years of experience in financial planning and analysis analyst with good experience in Budgeting, forecasting and month end closing activities.Education - CA/CMA degree.Manages relationships with stakeholders in their area of responsibility and ensures alignment.Should have good experience in Performance Management. Risk Management and Internal Controls and Data Analytics.Strong communication skills.
