Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from 2026 with listed degrees (BCom, BBA, BMS, BA, BAF, BCA or BSc non-technical).
• Willingness to learn insurance operations and financial workflows.
• Interest in processing insurance claims and documentation verification.

Responsibilities

• Review and process insurance claims per policies and guidelines.
• Verify claim documents such as bills, reports and policy details.
• Perform basic financial calculations including claim amount validation, deductibles and co-pay calculations, depreciation and settlement estimations.
• Apply basic finance principles in claim assessment and settlement decisions.
• Analyze financial data to ensure accurate claim payouts and cost control.
• Assist in financial reconciliation of claims and payment records.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and claim records.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
