Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Alternate Saturday Working

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and consolidate GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accurate and timely stakeholder communication.
• Compliance: Establish robust internal controls, monitor processes, mitigate risks, and coordinate external audits.
• Cash Flow: Manage liquidity, conduct forecasting, and devise solutions for potential cash flow challenges.
• Financial Operations: Supervise accounting, approve transactions, and oversee payroll and tax compliance.
• Strategic Guidance: Collaborate on business strategies, investments, and growth plans, offering critical financial insights.
• Team Leadership: Mentor the finance team, fostering skill development, collaboration, and process improvements.
