Job summary

RRBHR Solutions, Pune, invites a senior financial professional to lead financial reporting, controls, and audit coordination for its fast-growing real estate portfolio. You will oversee monthly/quarterly/annual statements, establish robust internal controls, coordinate with external auditors, and mentor the accounting team.

The role demands 10–15 years of CA/CWA background and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CWA with 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in real estate business preferred.
• Strong accounting and finance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Establishes and maintains internal accounting processes, policies, and risk management procedures to ensure legal and statutory compliance.
• Auditing: Acts as the primary point of contact for external auditors and manages audit coordination.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Helps coordinate the preparation of company budgets and tracks financial variances.
• Team Leadership: Manages, recruits, and trains accounting and finance staff.

Preferred candidate profile
