Job summary

Doveriye is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function for a skincare manufacturing company. You will oversee accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, and working capital, ensuring robust controls and governance.

The role requires CA qualification (preferred) with 8–10 years in Finance & Accounts, including managing teams and handling taxation, audits, and financial reporting. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing finance teams and handling taxation, audits, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow.
• Manufacturing or growing-organisation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and team.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and Ind AS financial statements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports for management decision-making.
• Manage working capital, receivables, payables, treasury, and banking relationships.
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Monitor COGS, inventory, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Establish strong financial controls, policies, SOPs, and governance processes.
• Support the CEO/CFO with financial analysis for pricing, investments, expansion, and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and team.

• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Dynamics.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines.
