The successful candidate will have proven track record in scale management (INR 500+ Crore turnover) and a hands-on approach to budgeting, MIS, GST compliance, and inter-branch financial control.

• Seasoned financial leader with experience in scaling manufacturing/industrial operations.
• Proven ability to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple BU's.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory filings and compliance processes.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are hiring for the leading leather manufacturing company based at Gurgaon for CFO position.

Executive Summary: We are seeking a visionary, growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to steer the financial strategy of a high-performing, multi-national manufacturing organization. This role is designed for a seasoned financial leader who has successfully managed scale (INR 500+ Crore turnover), possesses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts as per statutory requirements and ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.
• Manage inter-branch/head office reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) and TDS returns and payments.
• Act as the primary points of contact across various GCC Business Units (SBUs), coordinating with local SBU leadership and finance teams.
• Perform monthly comparison of actual costs against budget, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for the GCC, including collaboration with functional leaders to develop realistic cost forecasts and financial plans.
