• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development of financial models, business plans, and long-term forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgeting, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Ensure robust cash flow planning and optimize working capital for operations.
• Compliance & Audit Management: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and manage audits.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and other financial statements.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through controls and governance.

• Financial Reporting: Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and other financial statements.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through effective internal controls and governance practices.
