Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a minimum of 10 years of exceptional financial leadership experience to drive our financial strategy and support our next phase of growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all financial operations, capital management, and risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will blend deep financial expertise with commercial acumen, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors to optimize profitability and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Formulate capital allocation strategies, managing corporate liquidity, investments, and debt structures.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and execute strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and capital raising.
• Provide rigorous financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to support critical business decisions and commercial expansions.

Financial Operations & Controls

• Oversee all financial functions, including corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, and audit.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
• Establish, maintain, and upgrade robust internal control frameworks and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
• Drive the digital transformation of the finance department by implementing scalable ERP systems, automation tools, and advanced data analytics.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks across the organization.
• Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, federal, and international financial regulations and tax laws.
• Oversee the companys legal, insurance, and corporate governance frameworks.
