Qualifications

• CA with 8–12 years of experience in finance roles in a listed consumer goods/manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of Ind AS, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance.
• Experience overseeing accounts, controllership and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with Ind AS, SEBI LODR and statutory requirements.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closures with audit readiness.
• Maintain strong accounting hygiene including reconciliations, provisions and documentation standards.
• Drive implementation and monitoring of internal controls, policies and process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams for audits and resolve audit points.
• Coordinate with functions for board/investor presentations and earnings calls.
• Analysing monthly MIS and supporting capex planning, ROI analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and digital finance transformation.

• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure smooth audit execution and resolution of audit points.
• Coordinate with other functions for board/investor presentations and earnings calls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in overseeing accounts department, controllership and reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
