Job summary

Dhruva Automation & Controls is seeking an experienced finance leader to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting across the organization. The role focuses on accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely financial information for management decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in accounts, strong experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership, with ERP proficiency and end-to-end accounting capabilities. ERP systems expertise a must.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounts and compliance
• Experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, and team leadership
• ERP experience and end-to-end accounting functions

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and financial operations of the organization with accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor General Ledger and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities regarding tax matters.

Role & responsibilities

• To manage and control the accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and financial operations of the organization while ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely financial information for management decision-making.

• Accounting & Financial Management
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Review and approve accounting entries and transactions.
• Monitor General Ledger and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Taxation & Compliance
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Review and file statutory returns.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities regarding tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.
• Audit & Internal Controls
• Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Maintain audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and record retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance.
• Experience in handling financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, and team leadership.
• Experience working with ERP systems and managing end-to-end accounting functions.
• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
• GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• SAPB1 systems and accounting software.
