Job summary

NAR & Associates in India seeks a seasoned Finance Controller to oversee day-to-day book-keeping and ensure timely closure of books in line with AS and Ind AS. The role includes preparing balance sheets, P&L, cash flow statements, and MIS reports for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience, CA qualification, strong MS Excel skills, and exposure to SAP ERP. Excellent verbal and written communication is essential for coordinating audits, tax assessments, and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Overall managing Day to Day book-keeping.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L, cash flow statements, and other schedules.
• Ensure timely closure of books and compliance with AS and Ind AS.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax assessments, refunds, TDS returns, GST filings and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, investment portfolio management, fixed assets register maintenance, inventory valuation control.
• Provide MIS reporting on a regular basis to stakeholders.
