Job summary

Focaloid Technologies is seeking a senior finance leader to head the finance function across India and overseas, partnering with business units to drive insight and governance. The role requires CA with 8–12 years post-qualification experience in IT services/SaaS and multi-entity management, including overseas operations and forex exposure.

You will lead end-to-end finance, budgeting, cash flow, and Board MIS, while strengthening controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• ERP experience with Zoho Books or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors and improve collections.
• Strengthen internal controls and finance governance.
• Manage Zoho Books/ERP and finance process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts team.

Job description

cash flow, and actionable insights.

Mandatory Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA).

Preferred Qualifications

US GAAP exposure, transfer pricing knowledge, background in a reputed mid-tier CA firm,

and Board-level reporting experience.
