Job summary

Siemens Energy India Limited (SEIL) invites a Financial Analyst to support accounts payable processing and logistics finance. The role involves reviewing contract documentation, handling vendor invoices, and maintaining records for compliant financial processes.

The candidate should have 5+ years of AP/vendor experience, with exposure to heavy engineering or capital goods, and SAP/MS Office proficiency. This is a full-time on-site position in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's qualification in commerce or professional equivalent.
• At least 5 years in accounts payable and vendor processing, especially logistics.
• Experience with heavy engineering or capital goods is preferred and SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation per contracts and process invoices with vendors.
• Maintain records and documents required by the logistics finance process.
• Support month-end closing and ensure accuracy of accounts payable data.

Financial Analyst will be responsible for reviewing documentation as per contracts, process the invoices in discussion with vendors with proper supporting information - responsible for maintaining records and documents as required by the logistics process from finance point of view.

What You Bring

• B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA/ Intermediate - CA/CMA
• 5 year plus experience in Accounts Payable Vendor processing, especially logistics.
• Heavy engineering, Capital Goods experience is desired
• SAP experience is added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications necessary.
