Job summary

Zippee is seeking a Finance Analyst – Last Mile to manage finance reconciliation, fleet payout processing, vendor coordination, payout analysis, and MIS reporting.

In a fast-paced, high-expectation setting, you will partner with last-mile vendors and operations teams to ensure precise payouts and timely reporting from our Gurgaon HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Reconciliation, or Payout Operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance reconciliation and payout operations for last-mile.
• Coordinate with last-mile vendors for payouts and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
• Maintain payout workings for the last-mile fleet.
• Consolidate payout workings weekly and monthly.
• Ensure timely reconciliations and accurate reporting in a high-pressure environment.

Job Description

• We're looking for a Finance Analyst – Last Mile to manage finance reconciliation, fleet payout processing, vendor coordination, payout analysis, and MIS reporting.
• The role will work closely with last-mile vendors and operations teams to ensure accurate payouts, timely reconciliations, and effective financial reporting.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
• Manage day-to-day finance reconciliation activities.
• Maintain payout workings for the last-mile fleet.
• Consolidate last-mile payout workings on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform last-mile payout analysis and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with last-mile vendors for payout and reconciliation-related matters. 6. Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
