TekWissen Group is seeking a Payroll Clerk II to join our client’s payroll operations in Pune. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with US payroll rules, and resolve employee inquiries in a high-volume environment.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on US payroll experience, proficiency with ADP/Workday/PeopleSoft, and strong Excel skills. This onsite contract position spans 6 months with potential for extension.

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple US states (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Audit payroll-related data to validate authenticity and accuracy
• Process legal, severance, final, and missing pay
• Handle wage garnishments in compliance with federal and state laws
• Address employee queries and resolve concerns promptly

Mandatory Requirements
