Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

We’re looking for a finance professional with strong business acumen to partner with senior leadership across the Aroma Business Unit (India & UK). The role will drive budgeting, forecasting, and analytical insights to support strategic decisions and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports for management and board reviews
• Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analyses at product and customer levels
• Collaborate with plant and finance controllers to ensure effective cost management
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement
• Leverage SAP and Excel for automation, analytics, and decision support

Ideal Profile:

• MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute; engineering background preferred
• 7-10 years’ experience in business finance within manufacturing (Chemicals/Pharma preferred)
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills with hands-on SAP knowledge
• Strong analytical mindset and collaborative working style
