Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting & Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, client invoicing, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and timesheet tracking for our US-based IT services operations.

This role requires hands-on expertise in QuickBooks, Zoho Finance Suite, and strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The candidate will collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Client Invoicing

• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices based on approved timesheets, contracts, and project milestones.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) records and follow up on pending payments.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Account Managers to validate billing details and engagement information.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and contracts to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
• Manage invoicing workflows in QuickBooks and Zoho Books.

Timesheet Management

• Track and consolidate employee and consultant timesheets on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
• Verify timesheet accuracy against project allocations and approved hours.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete timesheets within deadlines.
• Generate utilization, billing, and project reports through Zoho People or equivalent systems.

Payroll Processing

• Support payroll processing for US and India-based employees in coordination with HR and Finance teams.
• Ensure payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and deductions are accurately recorded.
