Job summary

Aavas Financiers, a leading retail-focused NBFC in India, seeks a Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 2–7 years hands-on experience in treasury, capital markets or structured finance. The role requires deep knowledge of RBI guidelines and a demonstrated ability to assess asset pools.

You will perform cash flow modeling, pool performance analysis and due diligence, and collaborate with banks, rating agencies and cross-functional teams to finalize loan agreements and monitor NPA trends.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) required.
• 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in treasury, capital markets, or structured finance within an NBFC, bank, or rating agency.
• Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines on securitization and direct assignment transactions.
• Ability to generate, analyze, and filter saleable asset pools based on criteria (DPD, ticket size, geography).
• Expertise in cash flow modeling, pool performance analysis, and portfolio due diligence.
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and PowerPoint for MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with banks, mutual funds, and financial institutions for funding proposals.
• Regular interaction with credit rating agencies (CRISIL, ICRA, India Ratings) during surveillance and data sharing.
• Cross-functional coordination with legal, IT, business, and collections teams to finalize loan agreements and manage NPA tracking.
