Job summary

Wsne Consulting is seeking a Data Business Analyst to lead a team of analysts responsible for evaluating customer problems and developing data-driven solutions. You will ensure backlog maturity and help stakeholders understand the impact of changes across domains.

The role covers UK/European projects, with responsibilities across the full project lifecycle, including documenting SDLC artefacts and collaborating with architects and developers to design solutions. Strong communication is essential.

Role & responsibilities

Data Business Analyst is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts responsible for the analysis and evaluation of customer business problems and the development of solutions and working with the Stakeholders to meet business requirements also ensuring the product backlog capturing and maturity. Ensuring the team and downstream stakeholders understand the impact of changes. Should be able to ensure his/her team produces data dictionary; and document and understand Business processes offered by the Transfer Agency.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for addressing and supporting the UK and European business projects for new and existing products and functionality initiatives across our systems. The role will encompass the full spectrum of business analyst activities through the full project life cycle. Relationship management skills for the various business contacts for the area will be important to ensure a superior service to our clients is maintained.
