Job summary

Indihire Consultants is seeking a training lead to deliver instructor-led and virtual programs in accounting and finance. You will develop materials, SOPs and assessment frameworks, and onboard staff while guiding a small team.

The role focuses on end-to-end accounting processes, including GL, R2R, Month-End Close, and financial reporting, with emphasis on training effectiveness and knowledge transfer across transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led or virtual training in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes and controls.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor teams effectively.
• Proven track record in creating and maintaining SOPs and assessment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations related to training effectiveness.
• Manage and guide a team of at least 3-4 members.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong experience in end-to-end accounting or management accounting functions.
• Experience in delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer sessions.
