Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking an experienced Training Specialist for Finance SaaS. You will design onboarding programs and deliver comprehensive training on major modules such as GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets, while building knowledge articles and assessments.

The role requires strong expertise in finance processes and ERP systems. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Product, and Knowledge Management to analyze performance metrics and craft targeted coaching interventions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS or CS.
• 5+ years in ERP/SaaS support, implementation, consulting, or training.
• 2+ years Finance & Accounting SaaS product training experience.
• Strong Finance & Accounting process understanding.
• Experience with ERP platforms like QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for Finance SaaS consultants and analysts.
• Train on Finance SaaS modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, Financial Reporting.
• Develop troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and case management capabilities.

• Conduct training on Finance SaaS modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
• Develop troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and case management capabilities.
• Create and maintain training curricula, job aids, knowledge articles, and assessments.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Product and Knowledge Management teams.

Analyze performance metrics and deliver targeted coaching interventions

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of ERP / SaaS support, implementation, consulting, or training experience.
• 2+ years of Finance & Accounting SaaS product training experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting business process
• Experience supporting or implementing ERP platforms such as:
