Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Hyderabad, India is seeking a skilled AMS/Support professional to provide L2/L3 help for SAP Concur Expense and Request modules.

You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot incidents, manage user provisioning, and ensure policy compliance across 86+ countries. The role covers integrations with SAP ECC/SAP ERP, AppZen and Cognos, with emphasis on automation, audit controls, and AMS processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP Concur Expense and Request modules.
• Experience in Concur configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of expense reimbursement processes and approval workflows.
• Experience in user administration and access management.
• Understanding of Concur integrations with SAP ERP/SAP ECC.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Cognos Reporting and AppZen.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting extract processes, expense settlement, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with middleware and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Support AppZen audit platform operations and user queries.
• Assist in configuration updates, audit model changes, and Mastermind updates.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with AppZen support teams.
• Support audit compliance activities and exception management.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of Cognos reports.
• Assist business users with report execution and scheduling.
• Coordinate reporting enhancements and dashboard modifications.
• Work with reporting teams to fulfill reporting requirements.
