Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to optimise financial reporting and data governance. This role partners with Finance, Technology, and business teams to deliver scalable improvements across finance systems and reporting platforms.

You will gather requirements, analyse data, test enhancements, and develop reports while acting as a Finance Systems Super User to ensure data integrity and governance. Strong Excel skills and FP&A experience are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements across finance systems and reporting platforms.
Support the full lifecycle of system improvements, including requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, reporting development, and release activities.
Act as a Finance Systems Super User, helping maintain system integrity, governance standards, and data consistency across platforms.
Analyse, validate, reconcile, and consolidate large volumes of financial and operational data from multiple sources.
Utilise advanced Excel capabilities to investigate issues, support month-end activities, develop reports, and provide meaningful business insights.
Identify and deliver opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced reporting capability.
Support data integrations and ensure the accuracy, quality, and reliability of information flowing across finance systems.
Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and wider business teams to implement scalable and sustainable solutions that improve user experience and business performance.
