Job summary

BOT Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Systems Administrator to own, administer, and continuously enhance the Company's financial systems ecosystem, including NetSuite ERP and the full Planful platform.

As the sole administrator for finance systems, this role will be the primary technical and functional expert responsible for stability, governance, and evolution of these platforms across global finance teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering financial systems in a corporate finance environment.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP administration experience.
• Experience administering and configuring ADRA and Planful Consolidations & Planning modules.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, security, governance, and performance of all finance systems.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Systems Administrator to own, administer, and continuously enhance the Company's financial systems ecosystem, including NetSuite ERP and the full Planful platform.

As the sole administrator for Finance systems, this individual will serve as the primary technical and functional expert responsible for the stability, performance, governance, and evolution of these platforms. This role requires a unique blend of financial systems expertise, technical capability, and strong business acumen to partner effectively with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Finance leadership.

The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, lead system enhancements from requirements through deployment, and ensure finance teams across North America and Europe can effectively leverage technology to support planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidations, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP, ADRA, and the Planful platform.
• Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, security, governance, and performance of all finance systems.
• Manage and maintain all Planful modules, including: Structured Planning, Dynamic Planning, Consolidations, ADRA, Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting, Reporting, Analytics and Dashboards
• Administer security roles, business rules, metadata, dimensions, workflows, and user access.
• Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and operational excellence across all financial applications.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment activities associated with upgrades, releases, and new functionality.

Finance Partnership & Solution Delivery

• Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Finance Operations to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable system enhancements and process improvements.
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of finance system solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on system capabilities, best practices, and process optimization opportunities.

Process Improvement & Finance Transformation

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidations, and close processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual activities and improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead finance systems enhancement projects from concept through implementation.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, system standards, and governance procedures.
• Champion best practices related to financial systems administration and finance technology.

Data Management & Integrations

• Own the integrity and movement of financial data across NetSuite, Planful, and other enterprise applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and data quality issues.
• Partner with IT and integration teams to design, implement, and improve data interfaces.
• Ensure consistent and reliable data flows across the finance technology landscape.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial reports, dashboards, templates, and data models.
• Enable efficient financial reporting and analysis for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Improve reporting automation and usability across Finance.
• Ensure reporting consistency, transparency, and data accuracy.

User Enablement

• Serve as the primary resource for Finance users requiring system expertise and guidance.
• Lead user training and adoption initiatives related to new functionality and process improvements.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and system documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with Finance stakeholders across North America, Europe, and India.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering financial systems in a corporate finance environment.
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite ERP administration.
• Experience administering and configuring ADRA and Planful Consolidations & Planning modules.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics experience.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and finance technology architecture.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms.
• Experience leading finance system enhancements, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of: FP&A processes, Budgeting and forecasting, Financial reporting, Consolidations, Accounting and close processes, Finance data management
• NetSuite and/or Planful certifications.
• Experience implementing planning, reporting, or consolidation enhancements.
