Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to partner with US Commercial Finance teams. You will coordinate planning cycles, build financial models, and drive variance analysis while engaging with global stakeholders.

This role requires CA with 5–6 years FP&A exposure, strong modeling skills, and hands-on experience with SAP and Power BI. Excellent communication and mentoring abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• CA with 5–6 years of relevant FP&A experience (mandatory).
• CA or equivalent qualification.
• 5–6 years FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in AI, SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, OneStream, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

• Ensure compliance, process governance, and continuous improvement in FP&A processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage SAP, Power BI, and GenAI tools for finance transformation.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder management with global teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in AI, SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, OneStream, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
• Preferred: Data Analysis and Insights, Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates
• Good to have: COE / Shared Services experience; Retail / E-commerce exposure; Power BI / SQL / Automation tools
• Added advantage: Global stakeholder exposure; experience in large matrix organizations
• Preferred organizations: Big 4, MNCs, Retail / E-commerce companies
