Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead regional Finance transformation, SSC integration, and automation initiatives. You will own planning, governance, budgets, and stakeholder engagement across functions and regions.

The role requires 7–10+ years in finance transformation or related consulting, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and willingness to travel internationally. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in project management, Finance transformation, Shared Services/GBS or consulting.
• Proven track record of independently leading cross-functional projects.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally as required.

• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and change management capabilities.

• Good understanding of Finance processes including P2P, O2C and R2R.

• Experience with process optimization, automation, system implementation or Shared Services initiatives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for business case modelling, financial analysis, KPI tracking and project reporting, and PowerPoint for executive presentations, steering committee materials and management communication.

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally as required.
