Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Private Limited in Pune invites a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our hybrid work team. You will lead design, development, and automation initiatives for advanced applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust software solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in application development, strong .NET and SQL Server skills, and proficiency in modern development practices including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, handling complex projects and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to the organization’s tech stack.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience with code versioning, deployment practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Must-Have Technical Skills- Programming & Frameworks; Front-End Development; Cross-Platform / Mobile App Development; Database: Microsoft SQL Server; Software Engineering; Source Control & DevOps; Cloud.
• English-Fluent

Responsibilities

• Application Design and Development: Lead the development of advanced applications with efficient, maintainable code for complex business requirements and automation initiatives.
• Collaboration and Requirement Analysis: Work with project teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Testing, Debugging, and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure applications meet quality and performance standards.
• Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain detailed documentation of architecture, code, and design changes.
• Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing applications for efficiency and user experience.
• Mentorship and Technical Guidance: Mentor junior developers and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Code Review and Quality Control: Lead code reviews and ensure high code quality and reliability.

• Collaboration and Requirement Analysis: Work closely with project teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand requirements, qualify specifications, and translate them into effective application solutions
• Testing, Debugging, and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure applications function as expected, meeting quality and performance standards
• Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain detailed documentation of application architecture, code, and design changes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
• Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing applications based on user feedback and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Mentorship and Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship to junior developers, supporting their growth and ensuring coding standards and best practices are upheld
