Production / Repacking Operations*** Supervise daily activities across shifts as per production and dispatch plans.* Execute repacking of specialty chemicals into approved pack sizes (cartridges, cans, pails, drums, IBCs, etc.).* Ensure machine readiness, correct settings, and effective utilization of repacking equipment.* Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and other cross functional team to ensure smooth operations.**2. Quality Assurance & Compliance*** Ensure strict adherence to SOPs & work instructions.* Verify product identification, labeling accuracy, batch coding, and packaging integrity.* Maintain complete and accurate batch records and repacking documentation.* Support internal and external audits and closure of audit findings.**3. Safety, Health & Environment (EHS)*** Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and safe handling of specialty chemicals.* Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure incident/near‐miss reporting.* Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the repacking area.* Ensure compliance with statutory and company EHS requirements.**4. People Management*** Supervise operators, contract workforce, and helpers.* Allocate manpower shift‐wise to meet volume and SKU complexity.* Train teams on SOPs, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.**5.
