Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development for complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages and frameworks used by the stack.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience with version control, deployment practices, and QA processes.
• Must-have: Programming & Frameworks, English fluency.

Responsibilities:

• Application Design and Development:Lead the development of advanced applications, writing efficient, maintainable code to support complex business requirements and process automation initiatives

• Collaboration and Requirement Analysis: Work closely with project teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand requirements, qualify specifications, and translate them into effective application solutions

• Testing, Debugging, and Quality Assurance:Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure applications function as expected, meeting quality and performance standards

• Documentation and Compliance:Create and maintain detailed documentation of application architecture, code, and design changes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards

• Process Improvement and Optimization:Identify and implement improvements to existing applications based on user feedback and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.

• Mentorship and Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship to junior developers, supporting their growth and ensuring coding standards and best practices are upheld

• Code Review and Quality Control: Lead code reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code reliability and maintainability

Qualifications:
