Finance Partner - Revenue Assurance

Job description

What you'll do:

• Own revenue reconciliation, pricing accuracy, and month-end closing across hotel operations
• Prepare and process hotel partner settlements accurately, on time, every time
• Build internal controls to catch discrepancies, prevent revenue leakage, and flag unapproved commercials
• Partner with Tech, Ops, Billing and Sales to fix systemic reconciliation issues
• Create MIS reports and trackers that give leadership real visibility into revenue health

What we're looking for:

• 4–6 years in revenue accounting/reconciliation — hospitality, travel, or marketplace/aggregator background preferred
• Bachelor's in Commerce/Accounting/Finance; CMA/CRME/CPA is a plus
• Strong hands‑on Excel (pivots, lookups, large-data reconciliation)
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Marvin) and hotel PMS/RMS tools
• Sharp eye for detail and comfort working cross-functionally to close gaps
