Job Summary

The Finance & Operations Executive will manage scanO's day-to-day finance and operational activities, ensuring smooth business operations while supporting leadership in strategic initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle diverse responsibilities across finance, vendor management, compliance, and administrative functions.|

Key Responsibilities

• Finance (60%)
• Perform bookkeeping and data entry in Tally / Zoho Books
• Process vendor payments, track follow-ups, and reconcile accounts
• Generate invoices, manage collections, and chase receivables
• Monitor client and customer payments and recovery processes
• Negotiate payment terms and settlements with clients
• Assist clients with medical device finance documentation
• Track expenses and prepare MIS reports
• Support GST, TDS, and audit preparations
• Operations & Administration (40%)
• Coordinate with field and sales teams; manage expense reimbursements
• Manage vendor coordination and onboarding documentation
• Handle petty cash management and expense reimbursements
• Maintain audit-ready compliance records and license renewal calendars

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or CA Inter
• 1–3 years in finance or accounts
